Eleven miles down and many more to go! The first day was a great success as we were incredibly lucky with the weather. Most of ireland was being pummelled with rain but the sun shone right on our path.

A few flowers in our hair we made it halfway up the mountain met by many animals and creatures!
We climbed over about 10 of these little staircases strewn throughout the mountainside
And came across two lost shoes about 300m apart from each other
After a day of hopping from stone to stone and crossing many little brooks and streams we finally made it to our b&b with a quirky owner very interestingly clad. Minutes after we arrived the rain came pouring down and we popped over to the local pub for a bite and met a cute lab named Toby.
