One down two to go

Today was day four of the walk and day five of our journey to the south of Ireland. News of a job interview in one week stressed the importance of catching an earlier flight; this combined with an ailment that worsened in yesterday's rain meant fiona had to leave the pack ahead of schedule. The public transportation system in southwest Kerry is probably not much better than that of Antarctica, so after studying many a bus timetable, it was decided the bus in dingle had to be caught today and just like that three became two.

Before leaving dingle, we went to the local farmers market where Petra encountered a challenging trying to buy chorizo from a French man who failed to realize how thick his accent was.

Fortunately for the two remaining, the weather forecasts is filled with sunshine for the weekend! And plenty of rest and research is forecast for fiona from her aunties house in Dublin.
